Jon Kabat-Zinn wrote the 9 attitudes of mindfulness. These may serve you as a guideline on how to think and be more mindful. These will be our compass in our one-to-one sessions.

For example, when you find no solution to a problem, it’s probably not a problem to be solved, but rather a truth to be accepted. Mindful acceptance doesn't mean agreeing but permitting yourself to be as you are and feel what you feel without the feeling of shame or anxiety. 

Mindfulness is more than just meditation and sitting on a cushion — it’s a lifestyle, a way of living.

The body-mind is a naturally self-organising system. Given the right support, you can develop a self-healing approach.​ You will be able to identify emotional triggers, regulate your nervous system and grow.
