My wise grandfather used to tell me that traveling is beautiful, but remains “horizontal”. There is another type of travel, he named “vertical”, it is the one within you. Exploring the undiscovered lands you carry with you. These words were the trigger and there I was in 2015 completing my first MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) course. He was right; what an amazing journey! In 2019 I completed my accredited Mindfulness training and now offer courses and seminars.
